Just read that Cy is doing an Alfine roadrat. Pondering whether to sell my SS rat and buy an Alfine one on C2W scheme. Other possibility would be to Alfine mine but C2W deal probably makes that not worthwhile.
Worth it or not?

Sell the old one and buy a new one. Edinburgh Bike Co-Op say they'll be ordering my Alfine one from Cotic on Monday (also via bike to work).
