As can be seen in [url= http://www.singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/harsh ]this thread from yesterday[/url], DARD in Northern Ireland are trying to pass legislation to limit access to publicly owned forests.
Cyclists/Mountain Bikers will be hit hardest by this new legislation.
The local paper, the Belfast Telegraph, have picked up on the story, mainly thanks to the efforts of our very own 'Trailbadger Toby'.
