Following on from the Katie Compton story and a few comments on potentially contaminated supplements - all the pros talk about supplements as a way of life. I've always assumed they were just trying to make protein / carb mixes and vitamins sound exotic.
Are they a lot more complex than this then? Whats in them? And where are they made - is this some secret pharma stuff?
And where can i get some? (kidding - i'd need industrial quantities of EPO)
