Mates got a set of cheapish Suntour (NRX I think) forks - he wants to fit some full length mudguards - they have a screw thread in the arch to fit the top of the mudguards too.
They also have a set of threaded holes about halfway down both the legs that I can only assume is to fit the mudguard stays to. Only problem is the threads go 90 degrees to what you'd expect, i.e. in the same direction as the wheel.
Am I correct in assuming these are for 'gaurds, and it there a little adaptor thingy that just screws in with a suitable positioned thread for the mudguard bolts? I know a set of p-clips would do but would be neater this way....
