My last order (admittedly about 4 years ago) took about 3 weeks to arrive.

Don't bother emailing - it won't be answered.
I had some bother with something not arriving as part of an order. I mailed ("Mails aren't answered as they can be spam" - even ones with the title "order xxxxx- item missing"?) And when I rang someone would get back to me. They didn't.
I gave it up as a bad job and used the money spent without anything to show for it as a life lesson.
Emailed the office again - now worried 🙁
