So anyone ridden the routes published in STW around by Cwmcarn area (ish) yet? and are they any good?

Arent those routes really more north of Cardiff than around Cwmcarn? Non trail centre stuff near CC would be Sirhowey, Abercarn etc. Worth a ride, but I think I missed the best stuff when I sniffed around there, could have done with a guide. Obviously feels very different to a trail centre though. The Abercarn descent is fun if you can find the start of it.
So, back to original post, what are the routes published in STW like?
Oh yeah I remember.. there was a load of stuff in there that I already knew... Some good descents into Sirhowy.
