UPDATE: Reviews section refreshed, redesigned, searchable: Go take a look
My BB (Shimano Hollowtech 2) bearings appear to have collapsed as the crankset is wobbling nicely. Nothing loose on the crank arms. (in fairness, it's done 2000 miles, 90% off road with next to zero maintenance...)
Looking around for a cheap, decent BB.
Rose Bikes are advertising XTR Bottom Bracket Cups for £15. Which is too good to be true.
So - the dumb question:
Are the BB cups the bits with the bearings in or just the bearing casing?!

Yes it's the whole thing, Rose are very very cheap for them. Just unscrew the old ones ( with the hollow tech tool) and screw the new ones in
