hi everyone,
I had my kona blast stolen from outside Leeds uni union yesterday :(, between 2.30 and 3pm. it was a pretty unique bike as I had spent two years upgrading it, the most obvious features where its fox 140 float forks, hayes hfx 9 carbon brakes and sun rims.
if you could keep an eye out for it that would be great.

oh 7 bikes worth over a grand each have been stolen from leeds university area in the last two weeks, be careful!

What time was it? How they get through the lock? I ask as it where I work and I think I know which bike it was.
You chain a bike like that up in Leeds...you mental?
Thnaks for the heads up on the spate of thefts, but any bike over £500 is always going to be targeted by scrotes.

I only left it outside because i was on my way back from the bike shop via uni. It was only going to be there for half an hour but it only lasted 15mins it went about 2.45pm. Oh and i normally keep it inside but the school manager told me i was not allowed to bring it in. He is refusing to answer my emails at the moment...:(

What lock did it have? was it cut or picked or jimmied?
