Changed my bars and needed a different length stem so I bought one of the cheaper KCNC ones, a Fly Ride.
Now it’s arrived I’ve noticed it’s got a cutout between the two steerer clamp bolts, presumably to save a bit of weight.
So I’m now thinking the cutout means it’s not going to do my carbon fork steerer any good.
Should I be worried, or don’t be stupid it’ll be fine?
