I've been thinking of building up a steel hardtail to be used in the local woods, peak/ yorkshire and trail centers trips. I already have a ss inbred which I like for winter duties. I already have all the parts required including quite beefy forks (set to 120mm ) , tubeless wheels etc I just need to make a frame decision.
Does anyone have a similar setup? What are your thoughts/experiences and do you have any pics for inspiration.
