Just booked five nights at the Station Inn campsite at Church Stretton. Has anyone got any recommendations of things to do and places to eat/drink? - and more importantly routes to ride!!Never ridden the Long Mynd, so really looking forward to it.

The steaks are pretty good at the pub.
Talk to the lads in the bike shop on site for route recommendations.

If you're there on saturday/sunday I could show you a few trails.

The food in the Station is good but last time we were there we drank them out of their best ales.
There's another couple of nice pubs just up the road in little stretton.

Scott Mountain Marathon was there last weekend so have a look on Strava, must be hundreds of recent rides logged of 25/40/70k 😀

Follow this map & you'll have some fun
http://www.mtb-shropshire.co.uk/trails/
It includes the one 'down from the gliding club' (Minton Batch)

Understatement of the day. The bike shop on site has route maps. A Big one on the wall and copies for £1. Basically ride to the too and then back down. Lots of different ways. Minton Batch is a great trail.
