Notice pro's using single ring - Anyone know what they use ?
Specialized website is pretty good for details of ratio's, spec's etc but cant ever see or read what they are using.

Yep me too, with a bodged seat tube mount, as I truly resent paying 5 times as much for the MRP/E.13 seat tube mounted ones!

Ok serious question. Thinking of switching to single 36t on my race bike. Do they make noise or not (i.e does the guide have to be run so close to the chain that it constantly clatters off it) - how often to the guides have to be replaced if at all.

No noise from mine been on 8 months now done lots of races & have never lost the chain.
