Not that I've ever had a bad experience with them, but.
It looks like they aren't very happy with the iomart group over the level of service they have received following their new site launch... oh no
So they tweeted before calling? Nice.
Didn't like a taste of their own "substandard product" medicine?
I like Superstar. Sadly I placed an order in the wee small hours if Monday morning and thus is the first time they haven't delivered the following morning. Hope they get it sorted soon.
Did they use a qualified software engineer to fit the website?
html inserted with a rock?
Or maybe, just maybe, they are being smart and putting it out there to help silence online moans from people who can't get on to order? Quite a wise move IMO.
at least they have stopped blaming their customers for the site being shite
Can you still view other peoples account details?
Or maybe, just maybe, they are being smart and putting it out there to help silence online moans from people who can't get on to order?
So by the same logic, if you were to find a bug in the SS website somewhere where access to your account was cunningly hidden in the site URL, you would immediately post on STW to warn other users before contacting SS?
