Being a fully rigid single speeder, I'm fancying a change and am considering building a full sus single speed. I know Kona make the A, but they're like hens teeth to find. Has anyone tried full sus SS? I suppose I could use any fully unified rear triangle frame with a chain tensioner? Anyone got anything that might do the trick.

Try and get hold of an A, lovely and unique. And those stupid chavs not being able to work out how many gears it has 🙂

Matt Carr used to ride a full suspension converted to singlespeed using a chain tensioner or rear mech.

The Alfine tensioner is superb and would work perfectly for a SS full sus.
