Any 8 or 9 speed SRAM chain will be fine unless you're running bmx style cogs.

That is what I thought but it didn't seem to fit when I tried it at lunch. Pretty sure it is not a BMX cog (wheel came standard on a Genesis i0)

Yeah it wouldn't go down over the teeth properly, just tips. Will try again later...

could be that it has wider cogs or maybe they're worn?

Cog is brand new, chain not so much, but fine on an Alfine setup

I bought a KMC one from Charlie TBM the other day that attached with power link equivalents if that's what you mean? Was very easy once trimmed to the right length.

ASDA Walmart do gold 1/8th chains for £2.98. Be quick, if you go in after I've been there you'll find the shelves cleared of them

Oh, P.S. a normal 3/32 chain won't fit over 1/8th cogs and chainrings, they're thicker
