yes, but a 3/32 might also work as I think WIs are 3/32, not sure about the chainring though.

Just checked on CTBM's site and it seems I can run any type of chain I like. Cool 🙂

Yes, however, you might want to consider a half link chain. I have run the chain in question, and its done very well (South downs two weeks ago!) but it stretches like heck. Half link has given me the right amount of adjustment, with less sttrreecchh!
