I have had a bike with an X0 T-type Derailleur fitted from new (18 months) and it has worked flawlessly for that time. In the last day, for some reason, it does not shift into the two largest gears on the back. Each time I try to change to 2nd largest gear the jockey wheel in the cage is in contact with the chain on the cassette and it ceases. I worked fine 2 days ago, it hasn't had any knocks and changes perfectly in the first 10 gears so it is not the micro adjust. I would say it is the B-screw adjust, but there isn't one!
Is this an AXS item? Are both the pod and the mech updated to latest spec?
Have you made sure the lines on mech and clamp are aligned?
I would take the mech off and re set it up again from scratch. The SRAM website has a set up guide. It’s installed in a specific way with a knurled ring and then you set it up on the AXS app in gear position 21T gear position 7 for example. Also if it’s a full sus have it in the sag position when tightening up the mech on to the frame. Just systematically go through the full set up again and you should be fine.

This is the first thing to check.
Yeah, it has come loose - go through the last few setup steps in the SRAM video (just from where it's attached and loose to fully torqued - your chain length etc is already set and good). Happened me also when I fitted a new mech, was puzzling for a bit but it was just that it wasn't tightened to spec, I guess.

Will just need the SRAM calculator to know whether to use 21 or 24t cog for setup
Flip your bike over, undo the back axle a full turn, make sure the chain tension pulls the mech back into the correct position, then retorque the back axle.
