Haven't used any for a while. Need some to work with Shimano 8 speed setup and want smooth changers. Was thinking ATTACK for quality. Is that right or are there better ? Are Sram's MAX any good ?

Hello, they used to make a shifter called ROCKET that was top of the line for shimano, but i think are not available now, the ATTACK has a slightly thinner grip area and is a few mm longer than the ROCKET, i have a set of both and cant tell the difference in shift quality. Not used the MAX.
