After damaging a shifter after a crash, couldn't find a new 12sp Eagle shifter in the pandemic supply period, so end up with a SRAM E spec single click shifter as one was available and was discounted.
Have to say I much prefer the definitiveness of the shift and the lack of thought required, so much so i also fitted a single click shifter to my other Eagle equipped bike.
And for the rare time you need to shift more than once, a quick double press works perfect.

I find I tend to use SRAM shifters as single click anyway, never really use multiple shifts

yer i was the same, the benefit of the single click is you never need to finesse the shift.
