Friend of mine has crashed on his rear mech and damaged the little plastic 'thingys' that keep the top lock screw from coming out and now keeps dropping the chain into the spokes!
Can i get these 'thingys' from anywhere? Or anyone with a bust mech i could have?
The bike is a 2006/7 Cannondale Prophet.

I bust one of these a while back on an X0 mech. My LBS were able to sort me out with a replacement from their bin of broken bits.

mail in profile I have one from my busted mech it is an X0 so not sure if the insert differs by model

I'll try and find out what mech he has fitted...hopefully its a fairly universal part.
