I think this might have come up not long ago mate.
Pretty sure I read a review where they used a gx mech with a 46t no problem.
Search for posts I've been in as I posted in that thread.
Within the last week or so I think.:-)

Yes, it works, using SRAM GX mech & Sunrace 11-46 cassette on my fat bike with no issues.
