Just went to adjust some of my spokes as the wheel wasn't running smooth and discovered that most of the nipples are pretty much fully rounded and useless as my spoke wrench has no grip on them at all.
Any suggestions as to how I can adjust the spokes without the use of spoke wrench??

You'll have to get the wheel rebuilt.

take the tyre n tube off and use a flat bladed screwdriver

Goog - tried using the screwdriver there. There is a protruding piece of metal in the middle of the screwdriver slot blocking the access so that you cant use it.

Make a special screwdriver by filing the centre of the blade out with a file, the metal is the end of the spoke coming trough the nipple.
