Need a new pair of shoes, and fancy some Spesh Rimes. Anyone know how consistent their sizing is? I've got a pair of Defrosters already.

Any of mine have been consistent, be that road or MTB. Generally one size smaller than I need in a Shimano.
Ive got defrosters and a pair of comp MTB shoes as well. Both the same size.
I recently bought a road pair and was advised that spesh have changed there sizing this year. In my case 2012 43s and 2013 42s are identically sized.
I've got 3 pair of Specialized shoes, pro mtb, S works road shoes and a rime and they all fit the same.
Hmm I tend to disagree!
My all time fave pair of shoes 2005 Comp BG's are nice & wide and are like a comfy pair of slippers.
2010 Comp BG's seem to be the same length but 2 sizes narrower and have a tongue that cuts into your lower shin?
For some reason all of my best biking gear was from 2005, since then it seems to be more flappy/rustles like a bin liner and just not something I enjoy wearing 🙁
