[Closed] Specialized XC Pro 2007 eating DU Bushings on a Fox Triad - any suggestions?

My mate has a Specialized XC Pro 2007 and he has to replace the bushings on his Fox Triad every 3 months or so....
He has replaced the hollowlink on the frame but it hasnt made a difference. £28 every 3 months for a bush kit is getting a bit of a joke!
Can any one suggest a solution? Other than a new frame!!! Are there any different bush kits available?

Goldtec / BETD do some that are Ment to last longer as might tf tunded

My old enduro has a roller bearing thing that replaced the bush and worked well for me
That also came from betd

The bushes on there own are far cheaper than £28.00

I had the same problem on my reign, every 5 ish rides start to get play in DU shock bush.I bought a "heavy duty" bush kit from J-TECH suspension .Basicaly a solid stainless steel shaft and plastic looking bush, intsead of the 2 alloy top hats.been fine ever since and would recomend it.Give J-TECH a call and he'll sort u out.
