Have a pair of Comp MTB shoes with Boa dial and have used them for one 32 mile commute by bike and I was in agony. Lots of pressure on bone on left foot on inside of my foot, just below the ankle bone. Anyone else suffered? Can they be adjusted?
If not, have a pair of size 45 for sale very soon I think

A regular problem with Boa is over tightening. Could be part of the problem, perhaps.

Had something similar in what sounds like about the same place. Is there a lumpy bit in the construction of the shoe around where the pain is? I was able to manipulate it so it's no longer a problem.
