as per title, anyone using the xtr 9000 11 speed gear?
im considering putting it on my 160mm bike, like the way i can use a standard free hub so doing a bit of shopping around i can nearly justify the cost.
any problems?
id be buying cassette, shifter & mech just

Using the mech and shifter on XX1 cassette, works very well indeed, recommend it.

The 10, moreso than the 42, but yes, the wider range. I already had a full XX1 groupset, changed because I prefer shimano shifters. Been an excellent decision!
I run a medium GS cage, but on a hardtail, wouldn't like to say that'd be fine for all frames.

I have this setup, m9000 medium cage on xx1. It's great, works a treat.
But remember the xx1 cassette is freehub specific
