How do you set one up?
Is there any benefit for an employer?

A friend of mine instigated his office having this by buying doughnuts for the CFO. Fortunately the CFO turned out to be a MTB'er anyway so it was all enthusiastically handled by him.
Benefits to employer are a fitter healthier workforce so less days off sick / less man hours lost, and a parking space freed up.

The employers don't have to pay employers NI on the proportion of wages spent on the bike as well so there is a financial incentive..
