[Closed] Sorry - but what size ??

I need a new pair of shoes. Normally buy Shimano, size 44, but I have seen some blingin Sidi's but am worried by all the various reviews re sizing.
All I need to know is based upon a Shimano 44 would I be best buying a Sidi 45 ??

Cos the tinternet is £100 cheaper and LBS doesn't stock Sidi. Fair enough ?? (Equally bad day)
