[Closed] Sore hams on my roadie... why?

Went out for a spin on the road bike today, but about half way through the ride my hamstrings started to feel tight/achey. This only seems to happen on the roadbike. Does this suggest simply that my hamstrings need to be stretched more often? It can be quite uncomfortable!

Oh, and the roadbike is a fairly aggresive position, i.e. handlebars low, meaning my back is very much flatter than on the MTB.

Thanks all!

Yes, but I can't really go any further. Maybe I have long arms? ๐Ÿ˜•

Might just be a case of putting the saddle down slightly then. Even just a small change that is hard to notice when pedalling can make a big difference,
