Couldn't be bothered. Did a lot of riding in the last week so I locked myself in the garage and played with the motorbike instead.
Been working since 6 this morning! Nearly finished, half hour left!
Can't be bothered to drive to Afan, to get stuck in faff-fest with 5 others ....plus so busy on Sundays there plus my legs hurt, or at least my hips do, so I think I've been overdoing it.
Went for an windsurf, went for a walk with the family k,ate cake and drank hot chocolate.... and then SS'ed the hardtail for winter
Tidying up the house ready for 2 pairs of house viewers, one of which didn't ****ing turn up.
Getting fed up of showing around time wasters 👿
Actually I did ride a few miles on my HT... to the pub!
and then back. And my injured shoulder felt OK as long as I didn't pull on the bars.

I'm feeling better from resting this weekend!! I think a ride Tuesday is in order 🙂
Trail building at Gisburn Forest, the weather was so ****ing terrible and I was so covered in mud, I didn't fancy a ride afterwards
