Hello,
I have just finished building up my new (to me) frame which also involved swapping out the qr caps on my rear Hope II evo hubs for 12mm bolt through ones. Something is not right because I now have a semi-fixiie, when I spin the wheel the cranks go round and if I stop the cranks from spinning the wheel grinds to a halt.
Do they just need to loosen up? I can't really see what I could have messed up.
Any ideas?

Had you the free hub off?
Washer still in there?
I was thinking the washer which goes on before you put the cassette on....
washer is in before the freehub, i have done this 3 times on 3 rebuilds 🙁
Rubber seal around the freehub isn't popped in properly.
Looks like there is a consistent theme here! I didn't take the free hub off but it did 'unseat' and so I will take the drive side apart again and look out for the seal. Thanks for the responses.
My guess is the washer that sits on the bearing is not there 😉
