I'm approaching the 2nd of 2 mini-roundabouts, and this car pulls out of it, causing me to brake, taking all my speed for the hill after it and pissing me off rather a lot. (visiblility wasn't great this morning, but I do have an effing bright Hope light on the front)
Normal? well, yes, apart from the fact that this roundabout is the exit for the local driving test centre and it was a learner pulling out in front of me.
Could have been someone on their test...
Should I give the test centre a call?

Yeah, f*&(ing boring aren't you.
I think being extra careful around learner drivers is just good common sense, you have to expect the unexpected.
Not sure what good calling the test centre would do, if the instructor observed the manoeuvre and how dangerous it was, I am sure it would have been pointed out.
Glad you were not hurt.
If it was someone on their test, presumably there will have been a witness to this who understands driving sitting right next to them and so they will not have passed?

If I hadn't anticipated it I would have hit the car.
