My month old Joplin four is funked, would I be better sending it straight to cb or back to the shop (high on bikes)?

The shop will send it to 2pure.
2pure, despite some of "their" product's shortcomings, are great as a distributer.
But - BIG but - always deal with the point of purchase - thats where your contract is etc etc.
So send it to the shop.
