Am I the only snotbag on here or does anybody else suffer? As soon as I start to even breathe a bit more than normal, like on the bike, up a bit of an incline, my nose gives it what for. The Yorkshire Dales & parts of the North Yorkshire Moors are are actually slippery because they are covered in 20 yrs worth of my snot!
It's a bloody nightmare, I've been out today, only did 17 miles of mixed flattish stuff & it was 'double barreled snotgun' all the way round. ๐Ÿ˜•

Me too...although I put it down to the fact that my sinuses are "broken"!

Full of cold and damaged knee ligaments. I won't be getting pissed this weekend then.

i get it a little bit when on the road bike..

Nothing a quick exhale through the nose doesn't sort! Just make sure there's no car on your shoulder, or they get annoyed!

might be watery eyes.....i've sorta suffered all my life. then had laser surgery which causes me to have dryer eyes, especially in the wind. my glasses saved me from snotty nose and dry eyes watering!!

Yep, that's me. Like you say, especially when you put more effort in , ie only on the way home from work, or out to play on a weekend .

I think it's even known in the [medical] trade as Cyclists Rhinitis.
It's no wonder we get dehydrated. I think I lose a lot more liquid through my nose than through sweating.
