[Closed] SLX or Zee mech?

Standard 1x10 or expander sprocketed? Full suss or hardtail?

SLX medium cage gives you more options and certainty, the short cage of Zee is enough for many (most?) bikes but not all

Hardtail with 40t expander.

I know a Zee will work but which gives better performance?

I'm pretty sure I've heard people say that zee is just SLX but short cage-able.

Basically a parts bin special of SLX, and new and old Saint. But effectively SLX.

I'd use the shortest one that'll work, Zee has a little bit of a bad rep but I don't know if that's really fair.
