the 2 pinch bolts on the crank arm, and one needs replacing. where can you buy the replacements??
also are they just M6 bolts?

Pretty much, though make sure the heads are slim enough to fit the recess.

Disc caliper mounting bolts work well (on my m760 XTs, anyway)

Yeah, they're just 20mm-ish M6 bolts. They may be 18mm, 20mm works fine though.
