I ordered a bike on C2W in may from a bike shop that I don't normally use (they're based a good 3 hours from me). I went to them as they were able to custom build it for me and I'd heard very good reports of their service...

Delays from the framebuilder meant it took until July for the bike to be delivered - not the LBS's fault at all... They did a great job on the build and fixed some slight incompatability issues with minimal fuss... Great stuff...

But I ordered a few things alongside it, including an Abus D-Lock... LBS still hasn't delivered this to me - they apparently had problem with their supplier of Abus. Finally got an e-mail to say it had arrived at the shop a few weeks ago, they said they'd get it straight to me, but it *still* hasn't arrived...

They're now taking their time replying to e-mails - how much longer before I have the right to be really really annoyed by this?

Have you called them? Person to person works better than computer to computer.

If so i will bow out and exit stage left with elan and grace.

And now all resolved... E-mail this morning putting it all to rights...

Thank you un-named bike shop...
