When freewheeling across rough ground the chain is jumping of the sprokets of the cassette but goes back when you start pedalling.I don't think it's a worn chain/cassette as theres no slipping under power.The mech also seems very noisy on downhills, like it's hitting the chainstay.Does this sound like the mechs had it or can a new spring be fitted? It's a XT shadow and about 2 years old. Thanks for any advise.
