I have a 2015 trance with standard tapered head, none of that weird overdrive malarkey Giant tried and dropped.

At the moment both top and bottom cups are fully recessed, what would I need for a slackset?..... I'm guessing at least the top cup becomes external?

Any of you supply me the figures like ZS44, ZS56 etc....oh, tapered steerer too.

EC44/ZS56 iirc. As you say, the top cup will have to go external but the bottom can stay zero stack

Either the upper or lower cup becomes external. I have a Works one which is EC44/ZS56 and a Cane Creek which is ZS44/EC56. Obviously the latter doesn't just change the angle within the head tube, it's also like lengthening the fork by ~10mm.

That's the one I have - it's the 110-119mm length. Up for sale since I put the Cane Creek in (to raise the BB and shorten/slacken the frame fit).

EC44 Top, ZS56 Bottom is what I used. The works ones don't have a flat face, so have to be knocked in with a mallet, but then they dont creak like a cane creak will!
