My google skills are rubbish. I can't seem to find how much an average spec, full build would cost for one of these lovely looking bikes. Can anyone shed some light on what i would be expected to pay? Are there any owners on here who can give me their opinions on these bikes and who stocks them.

Muchos thanks 🙂

Head for the Hills website has avsection showing the costs. Look for custom builds there.

Paid about £1200 for my 1 x 9 earlier this year from Head for the Hills.

Drop them an email and they'll sort you out. They were a pleasure to deal with, from letting me put a few o my own bits on (to keep the cost down) to keeping hold of it for about 6 weeks (broke my arm so couldn't drive over to pick it up).

As above, Head for the Hills in Dorking were superb to deal with. Very helpful, friendly and offered advice with no problems. They also have demo bikes so you can try before you buy on "your" usual trails, and even swapped bits to match my desired spec on the demo bike so that I could get a true feel for the bike I was potentially buying.
Sam @ singular was also helpful when I contacted him a few times. I've not had mine long but I am already really impressed with the ride.
Good luck

But I think their website ref custom builds is a little out of date. Frame and forks, c/w ebb is 440

It's really a 'piece of string length' question. For a rigid SS build with decent components you could do it for under £1000, less if you have bits already or want to build with 2nd hand components. From there the sky is the limit. Carbon wheels, gears, suspension and lots of carbon and Ti geegaws you could easily spend over £5000....
