So,apart from an early I'l pompino what's available? I've got all the bits bar the frame, the wheels I have are 130mm so I don't want to replace them.

I think the surly cross check has 132.5mm dropouts designed to take 130mm or 135mm.

Check to see if the Surlys still use gnot-rite spacing. They set it at 132 so it could be squeezed down to 130 or opened out to 135mm. Perfectly valid with a steel frame.
Cotic roadrats were same as Surly re 132.5mm dropouts (and still are but now disc only)
Redline are 130mm, i know where there's one for sale
