Anyone know if it's possible to fit a 32T chainring on the outside (big ring position) of an XTR (current 2009) crank?

I want to use the crank for SS but my chain line will dictate the big ring position.

Cheers

Yes you can do it, but if you can adjust the chainline then put it on the inside.

I want to use a Phil Wood KO hub and a WI freewheel, whihc gives about a 54ish chainline.

There isn't really any leeway with XTR is there?

I was/am looking at WI eno cranks and a Phil Wood BB but am wobbling!
