[#12269123]

Need some help, got a significant birthday coming up and am struggling to think of what my parents can get me.

I’m very lucky in that I don’t need a new bike or components.

I’ve been trying to look for cycling related art but apart from posters can’t find any originals online.

If anyone can think of something nice to hang on the wall, would be most appreciated.

If it has to be cycling related, how about some EPO and Hookers?

Local cafe used to have a jersey signed by Lance Armstrong on the wall.
You could make them an offer ?

As above, Binners will you do custom artwork that matches what you want

Failing that, this might interest

In a similar situation and I just return from a weekend's experience with my wife (no, don't go there) enjoying some time together without the kids. I specifically asked for an experience rather than overpriced toys as they would be at this time.

Couple of framed prints of Pete Scullion’s cover photos from issue 139 and 140.

I have the issue 139 print up on my office wall - staring at it now in fact.

I did contemplate asking for the group present of going on a frame building course for a similar significant present until I investigated how much they were.

I don’t need a new bike or components.

People used to be burnt for less heretical things than that

Skills course, because old dogs can learn new tricks?

We've got another very nice cover print coming soon...all will be revealed in a couple of weeks. Or there are already some by James Vincent and Pete Scullion, plus some Classic Ride watercolour prints.

My wife bought me one of the miscellany of the tour prints.
For our best man I bought him the nicknames of the tour, but had one of jerseys painted as his favourite jersey with his nickname under it. They’re different and timeless.

I want the Coppi mug if it comes back in stock!

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately it’s difficult for me to find anything to my liking.

I’ve already asked for a skills day from my sister.

I much as I hate to admit it, I really don’t need a bike, I’ll hand my membership card in at the door!
