Hi as above i would like to know how you change Sid world cups 2010 model from 100mm to 80mm any help would be good

there are spacers inside. can't recall if you add or remove to reduce the travel...add I think, meaning you'll need to get the spacers.
my LBS charge 20 Euros at POS for changing it, but if you search the Avid/SRAM/RockShox site, I'm sure you'll find a guide
