Following on from my thread yesterday of How to take a corner super badly, from peoples comments there must be loads of footage that never gets aired!
As was pointed out, things only seem to go wrong once the video is rolling.

There must be plenty of poorly executed manuals to drop-offs that end in crash-offs etc.....you get the idea (nothing serious please).

Lets have a light hearted look at the sport we love, and none of this "look how amazing I am perfect video pap'!!! ๐Ÿ˜‰

It only makes novices like myself grumpy and resentful ๐Ÿ™‚

If we get some good ones, I'll trawl my archives for some beauties.

My inner pedant is straining at the leash, but I'll just say "Ouch".

In March I hired the beard for the day up at Lee Quarry and after having an amazing day I got carried away on the way back to the car, chipped knee cap (crazy fool me forgot to put knee pads on) and was off for a month or so, ended up buying the Rumblefish 29er on the way back as an 'emotional purchase' ๐Ÿ™„

at 13:40 a mate falls off a bit of a cliff and at the end I go down hard and the camera mounted on the chest mount broke a rib, hence why I don't recommend them!

Go to France... Lose concentration following a slow local, fall off a cliff.

Spend a day at Fort William doing uplifts... master great peril, then ride into a bush

Bit pre go-pro, but the crash (wait for it) was my 1st ever headcam outing.

Here's one up at Gisburn, Im putting my poor performance down to a belly full of home brew from the lovely Dog and Partridge the night before ๐Ÿ™‚

Result = sprained wrist
Any advice on how to get a YouTube vid to appear rather than a link would be appreciated ๐Ÿ™‚

Here's the one where my mate broke his collar bone sad to say. I'll spare you the footage afterwards, where he is in some considerable pain.

Thankfully my shame is mostly hidden by a cunning tree, but fast forward to the very end (3:30) to see another North Shore over-the-bars incident:

geordiemick00 - That cliff edge in the quarry was difficult to watch, thought you were both going over ๐Ÿ™

Burts - I had to watch that 3 times, really well shot and interesting film, loved it, OTB was a good way to finish ๐Ÿ™‚

private video stevo! But I want to see it ALL
Think Ive sorted em now!
