I've replaced a Kryptonite Stronghold Surface Ground Anchor, with a Torc Ground Anchor - Series II, as my 19mm chain wouldn't go through the hoop on the kryptonite unit (I hadn't put the ball bearings into the bolts on the Kryptonite). Dead easy to install with a good SDS drill... throw away the drill bit that come with the kits. Ease of use depends where you position the unit & the length of your chain(s), I'll never use our garage for the car (won't fit!), so ours isn't in the way..
