I've been commuting 4 times a week recently on my Kona paddywagon 3 I find I cycle mostly no handed (cycleway) as when I hold the bars I end up getting some discomfort at the top of my back between my shoulders. What's the most common cause of this, I was thinking perhaps the bars are no high enough or the forks are too stiff. Previously I was using Btwin Triban in size 54 the paddywagon is a 53.
