Angela and I had a, how to say, kinda missed right turn. I have by something I don't explain one bruise on the left leg and a small scad on the right elbow, nothing else nada absolutely nowt. I have check the crash helmet and there is no sign of even a small scratch. I did rode the remaining 450 kms ok (well as ok as angela and the fear factor have allowed) and I am now off to the shower and then to bed. Am I taking a huge risk not being checked?

Your written English is normally much better.

Glad to hear you are both mostly un hurt.

450kms? R.e.s.p.e.c.t.

Anyway - what were you doing cycling on the road and holding up cars?

(You'll be fine, I'm sure. It's mostly head knocks you have to be careful of).

Pete no don't worry your cooking was just fine. Neck is a bit sore so is the bruise on the leg. Nothing to worry about I think.
