How easy is it to shortern Rockshox "all travel" forks, more specificaly 140mm rock shox revelations?

Have tryed to search, but just cant find any guides, or service manuals even on the Rock Shox site.

Has anyone done this? any help would be much appreciated!

if you look on the sram site at lets say recon or reba service guide.you will see the diagram of the internals.it will show you the spacer position and size for each travel setting.you just need to buy the spacer if you are decreasing travel.

Have lowered the travel on Dual air Pikes a few times. Forks usually come with a black spacer but I just used a stack of correct sized nylon washers. The instructions are on the Sram website. Revelations should be the same as Pikes in terms of service. Anyway, it's a straight forward job but it involves taking the forks appart to get to the piston where the spacer goes. Worth changing the oil while you're at it.

How much do you want to shorten them by? I used to "suck" my older revs from 130 down to around 115 just by putting air in the negative end first.
