Does anyone have an old pair of specialised mountain bike shoes with the wee black and red ratchets on them?
I've snapped one on mine and could do with another, they just unscrew from the shoe.
Any Knights in Shining Armour?

They are available as a spare part from Spesh. Pretty cheap too, IIRC
